Finance and Investment Committee
The newly formed Finance and Investment Committee will have governance oversight regarding major estates, infrastructure and capital projects and strategic business cases and provide assurance to Council regarding overall alignment with delivery of Strategy 2030.
It will review and scrutinise the development of major business cases (including IT, Digital, Education, Estates, Sustainability, Global and Research) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, sustainability commitments and delivery of value for money.
It will provide enhanced assurance on the University's long-term financial sustainability through reviewing institutional annual budgets, monitoring high-level delivery of financial performance and longer-term financial plans.
